How can I book an appointment at Reflexology Touch?
You can book an appointment by phone or through the contact form. All appointments are confirmed in writing to ensure clear documentation of the date and time.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform me at least 24 hours in advance. This allows proper management of the schedule.
What happens if I don’t notify in time?
In the case of same-day cancellations or no-shows, the session is considered completed and is charged normally. For packages, one session is deducted from the total.
What if I arrive late to my appointment?
If you arrive late, the session will take place within the remaining available time so that the following appointments run on schedule. If the delay exceeds 15 minutes, the session will be rescheduled.
Can I bring someone with me?
The space is designed for individual sessions, so appointments are carried out without companions, unless it concerns a minor or a special circumstance discussed beforehand.
How often should sessions take place?
- Initial phase: 1 session per week
- Maintenance/prevention: 1 session every 2–3 weeks
- Frequency depends on the phase and nature of the issue.
Are there any contraindications?
In cases of thrombosis, phlebitis, high fever, recent surgery, serious injury or pregnancy before the 2ndο trimester, avoidance or adjustments of sessions may be required.
How should I prepare?
Comfortable clothing is recommended, as well as avoiding heavy meals in the hour before the session.
How will I feel after the session?
Deep relaxation, lightness and possibly increased urination or sweating, all natural signs of detoxification
